Brief & Approach
Gibbons & Co came to us with architectural renders for The Links Wānaka, a 257-villa development bordering the Wānaka Golf Course. The renders showed the design beautifully. We turned them into a cinematic film that gives buyers that feeling before a single villa is built.
The goal was to close the gap between a still render and a finished home, so a buyer could feel the scale, the light, and the lifestyle before a single villa existed. Every camera move was planned to feel like a guided walk through The Links, revealing the golf course views, communal spaces and villas in a way that felt grounded, natural and shot on location.

Production & Delivery
Working from the supplied renders, we built a sixty-second sequence using AI-driven video generation, refined shot by shot to keep every camera move subtle and believable. Colour and material accuracy stayed faithful to the originals throughout, so the film matches The Links' true design, not a reinterpretation of it.
The final film is a sixty-second cinematic piece for The Links Wānaka, ready for marketing and sales. It does what a static render gallery can't, it lets a buyer feel the development before it exists.
