Brief & Approach
Mountain Mods imports and builds budget-friendly modular homes and offices across New Zealand, used for everything from granny flats and sleepouts to site offices and short-term rentals. The brief was simple: a fast-paced, attention-grabbing video that shows real New Zealanders exactly where these homes fit into their lives.
Unlike a single development with polished renders ready to go, this project started with hundreds of real photographs, marketing brochures, and a handful of existing renders. Our job was to pull that raw material into one consistent, cinematic look, creating new renders where needed. The brief called for energy and pace over stillness, so every cut was made to keep viewers hooked while still showing the quality of the finishes inside each home.

Production & Delivery
We combined the supplied photography with newly generated renders to build a fast-paced sequence moving through multiple use cases in one cohesive edit. Cuts were kept quick and energetic to suit social platforms, while still giving each home enough screen time to show off its finish and layout.
The final video is a forty-five second piece built for social media, giving Mountain Mods one asset that shows their full range of modular homes and real-world use cases in a single fast, engaging watch.
