Ridgeburn
A cinematic look at Ridgeburn, translating Gibbons & Co’s masterplanned community from still renders into a visual experience.
Brief & Approach
Gibbons & Co came to us with architectural renders for Ridgeburn, a 212-hectare masterplanned community at Arrow Junction near Queenstown. Using those renders as our foundation, we built a cinematic film that puts the location and landscape front and centre — bringing the development to life before a single home is built.
The goal was to create a video asset that helps buyers imagine the development before it exists — the arrival, the streets, the homes, and the everyday rhythm of the neighbourhood. Every camera move and transition was designed to feel like a guided walk through Ridgeburn, revealing the landscape, the scale, and the lifestyle of the place.

Production & Delivery
Working from the supplied renders, we used AI-driven video generation to build a cinematic sequence, shot by shot, keeping every movement natural and grounded. Colour, materials, and architectural detail were kept faithful to the originals, so the video reads as an extension of the design, not a reinterpretation of it. The result moves seamlessly from landscape to streetscape to home, exactly as Gibbons & Co envisioned it.
The final video gives Gibbons & Co a stronger way to market Ridgeburn, support sales conversations, and communicate the vision to stakeholders. It does what still renders can’t: it makes a future neighbourhood feel immediate, lived-in, and real. Viewers don’t just see what Ridgeburn could become. They begin to feel the place before a single home is built.
