Brief & Approach
Redwood Group came to us with architectural renders for The Rise, a boutique collection of luxury homes overlooking Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown. We transformed them into a cinematic film that brings the alpine setting, contemporary interiors and lifestyle of The Rise to life before the homes are built.
The goal was to turn the architectural renders into something that felt tangible and lived-in, giving buyers a stronger sense of the space, atmosphere and lifestyle at The Rise before construction was complete. Each shot was designed to move naturally through the homes, revealing the interiors, material details and surrounding Queenstown landscape in a way that felt cinematic, grounded and genuinely captured on location.

Production & Delivery
Working from the supplied renders, we created a cinematic sequence using AI-driven video generation, refining each shot individually to keep the movement controlled, natural and believable. Throughout the process, the architecture, materials and finishes remained faithful to Redwood Group’s original vision, ensuring the final film felt like an extension of The Rise rather than a reinterpretation of it.
The final film is a cinematic piece for The Rise, created for use across marketing, social and sales. It goes beyond a gallery of static renders, giving buyers a more immersive sense of the homes, the setting and the lifestyle before the development is complete.
