We've helped Gibbons | Co bring another of their developments to life on screen. Here is a look at the work.
Brief & Approach
Gibbons & Co came to us early with just three renders for Lake Hāwea Lakehouse, a ten-lot lakeside subdivision on Timaru Creek Road, set right on the edge of Lake Hāwea, and gave us full creative direction to run with it. With that freedom, we focused on what makes this place extraordinary. The immense scenery and the landscaping the homes are set within.
The goal was to capture the feeling of the location itself. The scale of the lake, the alpine backdrop and the space these sites are given. We storyboarded the homes to match the luxury this setting deserves, planning every camera move to feel like arriving at the lakehouse and taking in a place few people ever get to call their own.

Production & Delivery
Working from the three supplied renders, we built a sequence just over a minute long using AI-driven video generation, refined shot by shot to keep every camera move subtle and believable. Colour and material accuracy stayed faithful to the originals, while the wider world around them, the lake, the mountains and the landscaping, was crafted to bring the full setting to life.
The final film is a cinematic piece of one minute sixteen seconds for Lake Hāwea Lakehouse, ready for marketing and sales. It does what a static render gallery can't, it lets a buyer feel the place, and the lifestyle, before it exists.
